A Fat Burning Diet Without Pills & Supplements.

A fat burning diet is easy to follow once you know what foods will help you shed the pounds. Low calorie diets may show a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but after that all weight loss comes to a screeching halt, a process known as a dieting plateau. What you need to do is start a fat burning diet with thermogenic foods.

Thermogenic: The process of fat or calorie burning caused by increasing heat output.

The most thermogenic fat burning foods are lean protein from solid foods like: skinless, boneless chicken breast & turkey breast.

Can Game Meats & Shellfish Be Included?

Game meats such as venison or elk, bison, buffalo, very lean red meat such as top round and lean sirloin (organic, free-range, grass fed is especially nutritious).

Almost all types of fish, shellfish and other seafood, natural, and organic egg whites without the yolks are beneficial.

A combination of both exercises and fat burning foods can help an individual lose the desired amount of weight without the help of any artificial weight loss products.

Your Diet Should be Fiber Rich

To give your digestive system a helping hand include raw foods like broccoli, cauliflower & salad greens.

A great fat burning diet for your stomach is fiber rich and you must have plenty of water, too much processed sugar, refined foods, dairy products & the wrong types of red meat will send you backwards on your weight loss goals.

Vegetables and fruits are considered to Be fat burning foods, eating them raw or slightly cooked will keep all the nutritional values intact.

All Fruits Are Essential

Fresh fruits [all citrus fruits] can be an ideal choice for shedding pounds. People differ widely in their ability to process carbs. Foods that burn fat refer to specific type of foods that either burn fats accumulated in the body or improve metabolism.

Adding these types of foods in your regular diet, you can easily wash out the fat from your body and keep yourself fit and healthy.

What About Carbohydrates?

Green beans are some of the lowest of the low carb foods in the bean category. While black beans, red bean, Garbanzo beans, and lima beans pack almost 30 grams of carbohydrates into a serving, green beans float in at only 5 grams of carbs per 3/4 cup serving.

Due to eating only low carb foods, glycogen is used for energy, and this causes a decrease in water weight. Also bare in mind that limiting carbs is also limiting calories.

Stevia: The Most Recommended Natural Sweetener

Stevia has gained attention with the rise in demand for low sugar substitutes. It's been used for centuries by native South American tribes as a sweetener in yerba mate and medicinal teas for treating heartburn and other ailments.

Low carbohydrate nutrition became very popular a few years ago as research tied carbohydrate consumption with increased blood insulin levels and increased insulin with obesity.

It was thought that these foods would lead to people using and burning off their fat storage for energy instead of carbohydrates.

A Big Reason Why Low Calorie Diets Don't Work.

Low Calorie Diets don't work since the human body adjusts quickly to decreased calorie intake and slows down metabolism to allow energy storage, namely fat.

Trying to choose the right foods in the supermarket can be frustrating so what this generator does is allow you to choose up to 30 foods then it lays out your 11 day meal plan that you can print out.

Eating a minimum of 4 meals daily every 3 to 4 hours keeps your metabolism levels high and you'll have a full feeling throughout the day. Following that system along with planning and exercise is the secret behind a fat burning diet

What To Eat To Lose Weight

Foods That Build Muscle

It doesn't matter how hard you work out, if you don't give your body the foods it needs for energy and muscle building, your workouts will be useless. To build muscle, you need one kind of food for energy and another kind for muscle building.

Carbohydrates - The Energy Foods

You have to give your body fuel to burn if you want your workouts to be effective. If you don't have enough fuel, you will lose momentum quickly. In this manner, your body works much like a car. What happens when your car runs out of fuel? It stops. The same is true for your body. Even if you are able to continue moving, the processes of the body will not be able to do their job.

Eat a lot of complex carbohydrates a couple of hours before a muscle building workout. These include foods like potatoes, pasta, whole grain breads and vegetables. If you are looking to put on a lot of muscle, your body will need a lot of fuel. After your workout, stock up again by eating some carbs with your protein.

Protein - The Muscle Builders

It is protein that is utilized by the body for building muscle. You must have a certain amount of protein every day just to keep the muscle you have. When you are trying to put on muscle mass, you will need more protein.

Protein should be eaten AFTER a workout. This is because it is after your workout that your muscles begin the building up process. Muscles build up by repairing the "damage" you do to them by lifting heavy weights. By eating protein rich foods after a workout, you are giving your body what it needs to build the muscle you want.

Good sources of protein come from red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, cheese and eggs, nuts, beans and yogurt. Eat some carbohydrates with your protein to replenish your glycogen stores. If glycogen stores are depleted, the body uses the protein in its place. You don't want that - you want the protein to go where it is meant to go - to building muscle.

Here's the quick way how to build muscle fast, a must have guide to know all the secrets to build your body with less time and efforts. Please visit http://www.waystobuildmusclefast.com/ for details.

Weight Loss Tips Motivation

Here is some weight loss tips/motivation information that I want to share with you.

Benjamin Franklin said "Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail".

Write down your goals before you begin. Don't start with "guns blazing" thinking you're going to run a marathon, just start out according to your fitness level and make it interesting.

You know your own limits [check with your doctor if you're not sure about your health status].

Write your goals like you've already achieved them:
"I am down 2 dress sizes" OR "I'm back to my 34 inch waste"
"I weigh 10 pounds less than 6 weeks ago"
"I "eat healthy food" and avoid the drive-thru"

Check Out The Following List:

*Watch a motivating movie like "Rocky" click the link and watch a short video from the series. I love the underdog plot. The soundtrack "Eye Of The Tiger" will get your juices going!

*Post your goals where you can see them everyday [on the bathroom mirror, the side of the fridge or [in your wallet if you want to keep it private].

*Subscribe to dailygood.org for daily inspirations delivered to your email address.[there are no ads or product promotions]

*Subscribe to a health magazine like Fitness Magazine [for the ladies] or Men's Health [Note: I have no affiliation with these publications]

*Check out YouTube and do a search for "weight loss" [hundreds of motivational videos to get you in the mood!]

*Find a mentor: I hooked up with Tom Venuto Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle

*Tell a freind [or go for it and tell everyone at work] about your new journey so you'll be accountable and much less likely to give up.

These are a few weight loss tips/motivations to get you started, remember to set your mind to it by eating right and get moving by walking, running, biking, playing the hoops, hiking or running with your dog on the beach.

It doesn't matter what, just get started...!

Good Luck!

Tell The World About Your Weight Loss Journey-The Best Motivator

Here's a very interesting weight loss journey by Adam Waters. He was 32 years old in 2003 and decided to take action by making a video diary and posting it. This technique works because you're telling the world what you want to do and it's a very motivating and makes you accountable, the term "failing is not an option" sticks in your brain every day.
Weight loss is a journey and 3 months may seem like a long time but it goes by very fast especially if you can see the physical transformation before your eyes. So take a before and after picture and stick to the program of your choice. Baby steps turn into leaps and bounds... You can do it!

Here's a great quote from Adam:

"I am not "special" and neither is the transformation. Thousands of people all over the world do this kind of thing all the time (myself included, 7 years ago). This transformation has more to do with the mind than the body. The body is merely a physical representation of your daily thoughts and actions."

Adam also gives credit to Tom Venuto author of Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle. I follow this book as well and it's by far the most comprehensive and in-depth resource you'll ever read and I can guarantee you it works, you will be totally motivated. It focuses on weight loss, your mindset and eating whole food according to your body make-up. As you can see from this video Adam's physique is all natural. Take a look, it will inspire you!
