Find a healthy and delicious snack that you can enjoy without guilt. When you are craving a snack, you don't have to starve yourself, you can enjoy a delicious and nutritious snack that tastes good and does your body some good. This is a good way to avoid aggravation with your weight loss efforts. Build a daily menu of foods you plan to eat to stay ahead of your dietary goals.

By calculating exactly what you are eating you will become more aware of the amount of calories going into your body. This will show you exactly how much you will need to exercise off to lose the weight.

TIP! Don't avoid fats if you want to lose weight especially the good fats. When starting a diet, many people make the mistake of deciding that fat equals weight gain.

Weight gain could be affected by medical, physical or mental problems. So a weight issue could result from any of the evil three. According to several studies, kissing for more than 10 minutes a day can trim up eight pounds off your body per year.

TIP! Search for alternatives for beef burgers to hasten weight loss. Switch to turkey burgers or simply grill a chicken breast and put it on a bun.

Weight Loss takes a lot of work and discipline. Have you considered "faith"?

Weight Loss Tips Motivation

Here is some weight loss tips/motivation information that I want to share with you.

Benjamin Franklin said "Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail".

Write down your goals before you begin. Don't start with "guns blazing" thinking you're going to run a marathon, just start out according to your fitness level and make it interesting.

You know your own limits [check with your doctor if you're not sure about your health status].

Write your goals like you've already achieved them:
"I am down 2 dress sizes" OR "I'm back to my 34 inch waste"
"I weigh 10 pounds less than 6 weeks ago"
"I "eat healthy food" and avoid the drive-thru"

*Watch a motivating movie like "Rocky" click the link and watch a short video from the series. I love the underdog plot. The soundtrack "Eye Of The Tiger" will get your juices going!

*Post your goals where you can see them everyday [on the bathroom mirror, the side of the fridge or [in your wallet if you want to keep it private].
